Outraged parents and devastated students are fuming after a New York City Catholic school announced its plans to abruptly shutter in a late night email. The Bronx's 75-year-old Preston High School will close down at the end of the school year due to declining enrollment rates, financial restrictions and outdated infrastructure, the Board of Trustees alerted families on Wednesday.
