The Modern Family star, 51, wore a darling off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved, floor-length yellow dress. The Colombian bombshell slipped her feet into a pair of white high-top sneakers and carried a white handbag on one shoulder and a re-usable grocery tote back on the other.
