David Walliams dressed to the nines on Sunday evening as he joined a glamorous Sarah Rafferty at the Mediterrane Film Festival Awards Ceremony in Fort Manoel, Malta. The comedian, 52, pulled out all the stops to look his best in a cream tuxedo jacket and large black bow tie. David added a collared white shirt underneath and a pair of black trousers, completing his smart outfit with shiny dress shoes.
