Faye Winter broke down in tears as she opened up on the emotional toll of her abusive first relationship and the subsequent nosedive her mental health took after she left the Love Island villa. The reality star, 29, who starred on the ITV2 dating show in 2021, got emotional as she detailed her first serious relationship with Paul C Brunson on his podcast We Need to Talk. She revealed she had been 18 and head over heels, describing the beginning of their relationship as 'easy' and 'lovely' and admitted: 'I honestly thought that was the guy I was gonna marry'.
