The actor starred as interim headteacher Carter Shepherd in the soap from 2023 to 2024, and shared his health scare with his followers on Instagram on Tuesday. Posting a snap of his arm attached to hospital monitors, David wrote: 'Waking up in absolute agony with possible kidney stones is not how I planned to start my day.
