Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton Celebrate One Tree Hill Reboot as a Chance to Reclaim Our Turf and Honor Our Fans
One Tree Hill is on the way to being back! PEOPLE can confirm that a reboot of the popular series is in the early stages of development, following on from the original show's end twelve years ago. Original stars Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton are expected to reprise their roles in the reboot as Brooke Davis and Peyton Sawyer and they will also be executive producing the project with former costar Danneel Ackles (who played Shannon McBain in the original show), per Variety.
