ACTOR Buddy Duress had filed a lawsuit just days before his sudden dying after suffering injuries from a brutal gang attack, The U.S. Solar can solely reveal.

He further claimed the officers "acted willfully and maliciously in intentionally" permitting him to be attacked "without intervening" they usually "failed to stop or cease" the inmates from attacking him.
He also stated that the defendants acted negligently and breached their obligation to protect him from imminent hurt.
