Celine Dion opened her Paris show in an ethereal Chanel dress featuring a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit. The dazzling stage look was a breathtaking masterpiece of haute couture. The House’s official Instagram page shared a few snaps of her look, drawing rave reactions from fans.

Celine Dion took over the stage in Paris in a custom CHANEL Haute Couture dress, designed by Matthieu Blazy. The gown paid homage to the Chanel Spring Summer 1997 Haute Couture dress she wore to the 69th Academy Awards red carpet.
The strapless column gown featured a plunging V-neckline framed by textured, feather-like trim in dark navy and icy white tones. The fitted bodice created a sculpted hourglass shape, while faux pocket details, bordered with matching white frayed trim, sat at the hips.
The dress showcased an exquisite ombré gradient effect. Millions of shimmering silver and crystal beads adorning the upper bodice caught the light.
As the design transitioned down past the waist, the solid silver embellishment gradually dispersed into a cascading, starry rainfall pattern over a deep navy blue base fabric. Further, the floor-length skirt featured a thigh-high slit on one side, adding fluid movement and a daring touch.
Dion paired the dress with black pumps by Massaro. Crafted from smooth, lustrous satin, these pointed-toe pumps featured a streamlined silhouette and a classic low-cut vamp. The classic design of the shoes balanced the opulent sparkle of the gown, grounding the look with refined sophistication. The inner insoles featured gold branding details.
The “Because You Loved Me” singer accessorized with the 1932 Comete necklace from Gabrielle Chanel’s only High Jewelry collection. Further, she wore her hair in a sleek, low bun with a middle part at the crown. Finally, her makeup look featured a nude glossy lip and a smoky eye.
