Demi Moore might be a smooth operator now, but one of her first acting jobs was a different story. In the cover story for PEOPLE's World's Most Beautiful issue, Moore, 62, opens up about her time on soap opera General Hospital and how it helped launch her career. She played a journalist named Jackie Templeton, who appeared on the show from 1982 to 1984. "I think the first big moment that kind of gave me a little bit of encouragement of, wow, this could be possible, is when I got General Hospital because it was a real job on a show that was successful for a soap opera," she explained.
