The contentious movie, which stars Rachel Zegler in the titular role and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen, has had Hollywood insiders expecting it to flop due to its 'woke' update on the 1937 original. The new Snow White, the latest in Disney's line of live-action remakes of its beloved animated films, has been beset by controversies, including backlash to Zegler's criticism of the original film's 'sexist' romance and concerns about its plan to reimagine the Seven Dwarfs.
