Kate Cassidy isn't considering a reality TV career and instead wants to focus on helping support others who are grieving loved ones. Kate, 25, who was in a relationship with Liam Payne before his death, appeared on Lorraine earlier this week to support a mental health campaign. Sources close to Kate told MailOnline that she chose the charity because it is close to her heart and would have be close to Liam's heart too.
