Only two people in the planet have been through the embarrassment of losing a presidential election to Donald Trump - Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton. And in the weeks following her bruising November loss to the now-president, New York Magazine reported that Harris has been in touch with Clinton. The two started getting to know each other when Harris first arrived in Washington as a senator in 2017. Prior to that, Harris' entire political career had been California-based.
