A young American man 'painstakingly' drew up plans to join ISIS and kill US soldiers with suicide drones and exploding cars, prosecutors allege. Jibreel Pratt, 25, stashed a gun and ammunition in a wall of his house in Detroit and had a phone hidden in a container of dog food. He taped himself pledging his life to terrorism, bought plane tickets to the Middle East, acquired weapons and gear, and wrote a goodbye letter to his family.
